Often referred to as “everyman’s psychologist” because of his simple to understand and very practical approach to psychology and his “Psychology on a post-it” blog, Jamil challenges audiences to think differently so that they can make the changes needed to do better. His sessions are high energy, content rich, packed with humour and immediately applicable takeaways.
Previously ranked among the most influential figures in British sport, he has worked successfully with three English Premiership football clubs, the 2009 England Ashes winning cricketers and Formula 1 racing drivers David Coulthard and Eddie Irvine.
In elite sport he has helped six individuals to reach World Number 1. He was the first official psychologist to work with the European Ryder Cup team led by captain Ian Woosnam and was voted in the top 100 most powerful men in golf by his international peers.
In business and industry Jamil has worked from CEO and board level to middle management and their teams with organisations internationally.
He has developed and delivered management and leadership programmes at board level for Coca Cola, Hewlett Packard, Emirates
