Emma Barnett

Emma has twice been named the UK’s best speech radio presenter by Aria’s, radio industry’s awards. Known for her agenda-
setting interviews and scoops delivered in her warm but forensic manner, Emma has welcomed queens and prime ministers, pop stars and political prisoners to talk with her on the microphone, and many others along the way.

She also hosts an international interview TV series for Bloomberg called Emma Barnett meets, writes a newsletter called Trying and a column for the i newspaper. She is a proud patron of Smartworks, the charity helping economically disadvantaged women back into the workplace through styling and interview training.

Emma formerly presented BBC Two’s Newsnight and her eponymous three hour daily morning news programme on BBC Radio 5 Live.
