Shazia Mirza

Shazia Mirza is a British comedian, actress, and writer. She is best known for her stand-up comedy, and her articles in British newspapers The Guardian and The Daily Telegraph.

Shazia’s TV appearances include QI, The Jonathan Ross Show, The Hit List, House of Games, Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls, Loose Women, Have I Got News For You and Top Gear, amongst others.

Shazia’s latest show; ‘Coconut‘, was on tour – but then… well here’s how she put it; “My new tour ‘Coconut’ has been cancelled due to the world ending. It will either resume in the afterlife or in 2021 whichever happens first”. New tour dates for ‘Coconut’ are now rescheduled and you can catch it live during 2022 and a ‘Coconut’ Press Kit is available on request. 

Her previous stand-up shows; ‘With Love From St. Tropez’ toured internationally in 2017/18, “Dry as they come, sharp socio-political sass on Brexit, burkinis & butt plugs” and the critically acclaimed; ‘The Kardashians Made Me Do It’, played for 103 nights internationally across the UK, US, Sweden, Ireland and France and completed four sell out runs at London’s Soho Theatre in 2016/17.
