Shani Dhanda is a broadcaster, disability inclusion and accessibility specialist, and social entrepreneur known for her impactful activism. Recognised as one of the UK’s most influential disabled individuals, she topped The Shaw Trust’s Disability Power 100 List in 2023, following second place in 2021 and 2022. In 2020, she was featured on the BBC’s 100 List and won Campaigner of the Year at the European Diversity Awards in 2021. Her influence has earned her numerous honours, including being named one of the most influential women in leadership and a world-leading changemaker.

Shani specialises in helping businesses and brands become more inclusive and accessible for disabled employees and customers. She was a LinkedIn UK Changemaker, featured in LinkedIn’s first UK advertising campaign, which garnered over 17 million views and ranked her among the top 10% of influential LinkedIn members in the UK.

As a broadcaster, Shani appears as a consumer expert on Rip Off Britain (BBC One) and regularly contributes to This Morning (ITV). Her TV credits include appearances on Morning Live, Sunday Morning Live (BBC One), Loose Women, Good Morning Britain (ITV), and Jeremy Vine on 5 (Channel 5).
